What You'll Do/Need

The Graphic Designer will apply their knowledge and skills to produce a broad range of finished products for both digital and print media. Be ready for a high-volume workload, tight deadlines, collaboration and working with a passionate Marketing team. This team member will collaborate with multiple people and organizations to produce creative and innovative designs.


  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management skills and the ability to work in an organized fashion to meet deadlines on multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Take initiative and show continuous growth and knowledge
  • Has the ability to think critically, ask questions and execute on tasks; ability to take and follow direction
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to giving and receiving feedback
  • Has the ability to communicate at high level across all levels of the organization 
  • Can forecast changes and communicates possible issues to appropriate people 
  • Train new team members
  • Set up working and final files responsibly and efficiently
  • Display the desire to design for the best user experience in print and digital projects while adapting quickly to our constantly changing business needs 
  • Maintain knowledge of the print process, proper file set-up for print production and experience working directly with print vendors


  • Five years of experience in the industry
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and technologies
  • Has strong computer experience and working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and can create and embed in PowerPoint
  • Possesses a solid foundation of color, space, typography, and the formal design process
  • Is a positive team player, has an optimistic, enthusiastic attitude and is comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Displays the desire to design for the best user experience in print and digital projects while adapting quickly to our constantly changing business needs
