What You'll Do/Need
Proof commercial commitments to ensure accuracy and proper attaching of all referenced documents
Deliver commercial commitments to clients via email
Disburse closed commercial transactions, which includes entering bank wires, cutting checks and submitting recording to proper authority
Invoice clients for miscellaneous costs for surveys, tax certs, zoning letters, endorsement fees, work fees, etc.
Oversee projects involving multiple properties in multiple states
Research recording requirements and fees
Keep file management contact with surveyors, zoning departments, taxing authorities
Follow up on outstanding issues
2 years of prior Residential or Commercial Title experience, in a closer role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Positive attitude and high sense of urgency
Effective written and verbal communication skills
