What You'll Do/Need

The construction Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Bedrock Construction Team to ensure Team success by providing technical and administrative support, as well as the management of special projects. 



  • Oversee governmental reporting and maintain related information/statistics
  • Track, organize and update closeout documents in conjunction with Proejct Engineer
  • Maintain project files
  • Secure and distribute project information as necessary
  • Prepare and distribute Request for Proposals and other communications
  • Maintain and update construction team policies, procedures, and processes manuals
  • Draft, distribute, and track contracts and change orders for contractors and consultants
  • Manage multiple calendars and weekly project meetings
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, tenants, city officials, etc.
  • Manage storage of closed and completed projects
  • Other duties as assigned by construction team


  • Experience working for a construction, architectural or engineering firm and the ability to understand trade documents and knowledge of construction terminology is strongly preferred
  • A background in project administration/coordination/legal strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a resourceful approach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a task to completion
  • Ability to work with urgent deadlines, multiple priorities, and multiple team leaders
