What You'll Do/Need
Xenith Sales & Sports Marketing Reps are the lifeblood of the company. They drive our business at every level and raise awareness with players, parents and coaches. The Sales Account Manager assists sales reps with their day‐to‐day responsibilities. A typical day is never typical. From sales calls with dealers and coaches to scheduling fitting teams for helmets, the Sales Account Manager must have a healthy passion for football. At the end of the day, this team member is all about supporting and growing Xenith sales everywhere and is therefore a competitive team player with vision and ambition.
Obtain quotes and place orders for inventory and record all relevant information
Deliver programs, pricing and sales presentations on an ongoing basis to Xenith partners (dealers, players, coaches, parents and decision‐makers)
Effectively educate external customers and partners on the technical features and functionality of our product
Vigilantly build, monitor and manage Xenith leads and the sales pipeline
Develop consistent communication and touch points with all Xenith partners in a given territory, including account‐by‐account sales targets, promotions, product launches and general service
Be the liaison between the sales team, external partners and customer service
Distribute content and marketing materials to the customer base to ensure consistent branding and product communication
Develop industry expertise and product knowledge to serve as a resource for your partners
Create an event calendar to manage the schedule and foster visibility and provide post‐event recaps to determine the value of the events and help guide future grassroots marketing strategies
Customer service and account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work in a highly organized and efficient manner, with a team‐oriented, can‐do attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a customer‐first attitude
