What You'll Do/Need
As a copywriter, you’ll have a proven track record and the ability to generate immaculate copy for every project. You’ll have a deep understanding of how to influence clients by delivering a key message. You’ll be comfortable and confident in your writing and willing to help team members improve their copy skills.
This team member will always be ready to rise to any challenge with an eye for detail and a drive to deliver the sharpest, most dazzling content. Working alongside leaders, strategists and designers, you’ll be a team player and a self-sufficient multi-tasker, full of original approaches and innovative ideas.
Collaborate with Creative team members to determine concept and copy direction for sales, marketing, promotional, branding and advertising initiatives
Develop, create and write content for internal and external initiatives, such as marketing emails, newsletters, print pieces, web copy and social posts
Take ownership of projects and deliver content at a very high standard
Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with our company brand
Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs
Manage multiple projects; be able to switch between them seamlessly
Contribute to a culture of innovation and teamwork
Three years of copywriting experience
Bachelor of Arts in English, communications, journalism or related field
Strong English language skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal, communication and presentation skills
Experience in both print and digital marketing/advertising
Strong record in creating immaculate short- and long-form copy that stands out from the crowd
Ability to plan and strategize
Keen attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What’ll Make You Special
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (in particular, Word)
Ability to work on both a Mac and a PC
Real estate and/or mortgage industry knowledge
Background in content strategy
