Participants buy and sell authenticated products in a live marketplace where they anonymously trade with stock market-like visibility. The StockX exchange offers buyers and sellers historical price and volume metrics, real-time bids and offers (asks), time-stamped trades, individualized portfolio tracking and metrics, as well as in-depth market analysis and news. StockX launched its inaugural marketplace in the secondary sneaker space with plans to expand to additional consumer product segments that have a natural need for a live secondary market.

What You'll Do/Need

StockX’s Client Service Specialist shares in the vision of making phenomenal customer service a competitive advantage for a business. The Client Service Representative interacts with customers via email, chat and phone. They represent StockX with any customer inquiries and help to respond and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Primary handler of customer support for handbags and support other categories as needed
  • Listen and respond to clients’ needs and concerns
  • Help manage the order fulfillment process
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Record details of customer conversations and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Work to improve client service by monitoring inbound and resolved support communications

 

Requirements 

  • Two years of customer service or related experience with luxury goods and/or handbags
  • Comfortable in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully and efficiently amid interruptions or distractions
  • Empathic interpersonal demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to support the business, as needed  
  • Effective at collaborating with different teams to deliver solutions
  • Hands-on self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
