What You'll Do/Need
The IT Integration team is a back-end development team that supports and maintains our integrations platforms.
The Team Leader of IT Integrations leads a variety of cross-functional team members who identify inefficiencies in our IT and business processes and deliver on solutions that are impactful and sustainable. These team members include skilled integration Software Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, etc.
Additionally, this Team Leader has the vision and drive to recommend new lender and partner integrations to advance our IT and business portfolio.
Provide clients, partners, and business and IT leaders with recommendations for implementing new technologies that support their needs and requirements
Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with teams of focus
Create a vision for the team that is aligned with our company goals
Accomplish results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring and appraising job results
Initiating, coordinating and administering systems, policies and procedures
Maintain the IT Integrations team by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training team members
Maintain a safe and secure work environment while developing personal growth opportunities for team members
Maintain effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
Ensure processes, standards and procedures are well documented
Recommend information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies
Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience
Experience with implementing effective and innovative software development methodologies
Proven ability to lead a progressive IT group
Solid communication, client service, time management and leadership skills
Knowledge of industry-standard integration platforms and solutions
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to be a detail-oriented team player who can multitask and handle workloads with deadlines
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate a team
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new software systems quickly
