What You'll Do/Need

The Property Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties related to the operations of multiple commercial properties. Duties usually include coordinating all office activities pertaining to tenant relations, building operations and maintenance, property improvement, expense management and contract administration.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison to tenants and ensure quality service
  • Coordinate tenant relation activities
  • Distribute information to tenants, staff, building contractors, security staff, etc.
  • Maintain tenant and vendor files and contact lists
  • Assist in coordinating service contracts
  • Maintain emergency procedures, guideline manuals, etc.
  • Track tenant notifications and updates as required per leases (i.e. COI)

 Requirements

  • Three years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
