What You'll Do/Need

The Business Development Partner Services Associate (PSA) role is responsible for the day-to-day partner operations and serves as our internal team’s primary resource for benefit verification, direct bill auditing and obtaining documents from consultants. This team member serves the needs of multiple clients  both internal and external  including Mortgage Bankers, Operations team members, clients,corporate client partners, our Relocation Management Companies (RMC), Charles Schwab team members and various other industry business partners.
 
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for policy clarification and benefit verification
  • Collaborate with the Partner Service Manager to maintain efficient operation and drive overall success with client-partner account management
  • Collect documents and support client-partner communication for in-process loan conditions
  • Successfully manage a pipeline to support loan audits, documentation collection and client experience for all specialty channels of business supported by Business Development
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Relocation, Mortgage Insiders and Charles Schwab banker inquiries.
Requirements
  • Superb customer/client service aptitude
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and database management
