What You'll Do/Need

Xenith is looking for a VP of Sales to lead multi-channel, revenue generating initiatives for the Xenith brand. The team is looking for a natural born play maker and efficient problem solver. The VP of Sales is responsible for sales force effectiveness and will manage functions essential to overall organizational growth and productivity. We are looking for someone with an extensive sales background specifically in point of sale strategy and customer relationship management. If you are collaborative team player who takes pride in their work and approaches projects with a forward thinking, innovative and entrepreneurial mind set, we want you on our team.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide leadership to the sales organization, in developing and implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect Company business goals
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships throughout the organization, especially with operations, technology and marketing teams
  • Work closely with Xenith’s marketing leadership, develop annual strategic and tactical Sales plans that are consistent with—and supportive of—Xenith’s Business Development agenda
  • Responsible for ensuring there is clear and consistent alignment between Xenith’s fundamental brand promise, and the experience the company creates and delivers to its customers, day-to-day
  • Build, lead and train a team including both field sales reps and internal account managers.
  • Manage multiple sales channels including but not limited to web, retail, team and direct to consumer sales
  • Work closely with Xenith Leadership to establish a sales force training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies and Xenith core cultural values
  • Measure, report and optimize sales campaigns
  • Reports to CEO/President


What You'll Need:

  • 5 + years sales leadership experience
  • Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities
  • Outstanding customer relationship development skills
  • Experience with Sales force or other customer management tools
  • Proven track record of launching new products and executing creative, integrated sales programs
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit!
