The Bedrock Transportation Parking Logistics (TPL) Team is responsible for fulfilling and overseeing all of the parking and transportation needs for Bedrock tenants. The TPL team specializes in three areas; Client Experience, Transportation, and Logistics. Our Client Experience Ambassadors (CEAs) are front line defenders for the team. This group is staffed 24/365, averaging 500+ parking intercom calls per day. The Transportation team is responsible for moving approximately 4,000 riders per day and overseeing a complex shuttle network that connects our parking facilities to our buildings. The Logistics Team is responsible for managing approximately 22,000 parking spaces among 30 properties. We strive to maximize our assets by increasing utilization where possible, while providing parking to not only our tenants but other monthly and daily parkers outside of our portfolio.
The Client Experience Ambassador is responsible for operating the parking intercom system in all parking garages owned by Bedrock Detroit and managed by parking vendor. The main goal of the Client Experience Ambassador is creating a positive and exceptional experience for all individuals parking and visiting our City.
