What You'll Do/Need

A Vendor Relationship Manager is responsible for the day-to-day relationships with our vendor partners.  These vendor partners are an integral part of our service delivery strategy that supports our amazing client experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Help identify new vendors
  • Oversee performance and strong relationships with existing vendors
  • Manage data integrity within our systems as it relates to vendor performance
  • Manage daily reports for visibility into vendor performance trends
  • Receive and review all feedback regarding vendor performance
  • Manage all vendor agreements, including service-level agreements (SLAs) and service standards
  • Oversee billing and accounts receivable activities
  • Collaborate with business leadership to ensure effective vendor management processes

 

Requirements

  • Previous vendor management experience
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills
  • Residential real estate experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask independently
  • Superb customer/client service aptitude
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
