What You'll Do/Need

The Senior Marketing Strategist owns our employer brand and drives it through the development of internal and recruitment marketing strategies for Quicken Loans. This team member enhances the company reputation and positions us to attract, engage and retain top talent. Using creative problem-solving skills, the Senior Marketing Strategist develops and executes strategic integrated marketing plans, including employer brand internal activation programs, recruitment marketing campaigns and social media recruitment programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create internal and recruitment marketing strategies for the optimization and operationalizing of our employer brand
  • Use quantitative (marketing analytics) and qualitative (usability/survey) insights to identify areas for improvement and adjust marketing programs accordingly
  • Develop and implement integrated, cross-channel marketing plans in order to increase brand awareness and drive talent attraction
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to conceive, develop and execute projects as part of our internal and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Work closely with internal communications teams to help drive our employer brand with our team members through internal marketing programs
  • Monitor overall program results and present results to Marketing and company leadership
  • Remain current on the dynamic recruitment marketing industry in order to enhance our marketing strategies and tactics to effectively attract top talent
  • Monitor the competitive landscape inside and outside of our industry and identify and drive new ideas

 

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of specific recruitment marketing and employer brand experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing marketing projects and programs
  • Knowledge, experience and understanding of the Talent Acquisition function, its processes and its programs
  • Hands-on, professional experience with developing integrated marketing strategies as well as planning and execution
  • Experience working in an HR environment
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment strategies relating to the use of social media platforms
  • Superior strategic skills, including a thorough understanding of market research and cutting-edge technologies and tactics focused on recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven teamwork, coaching and leadership experience while working with design, marketing and technology teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members both on the same team and in cross-functional areas
  • Excellent presentation skills, strong communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with others at all levels of an organization
  • Organizational agility leading to the ability to execute with urgency within the company
  • Ability to work independently, execute quickly and prioritize work
