What You'll Do/Need

The Quicken Loans Servicing Team is actively pursuing an energetic individual with a strong desire for growth and a passion for influence & persuasion. The Account Resoultion Associate will handle inbound and outbound phone calls addressing early stages of delinquency for QL serviced clients. Candidates will use the art of high level verbal communication to assist clients with hardship resolution. In addition, candidate will need to be able to actively listen and display qualities of empathy and compassion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive collection driven inbounds phone calls
  • Proactively reach out to clients via outbound phone calls
  • Operate outbound Dialer system for potentially delinquent clients
  • Accept payments via servicing platform
  • Manage personal queue tasks to be completed prior to expiration
  • Review delinquent clients to solve complex payment issues, including the collection of overdue payments, corporate advances and fees
  • Assist clients in resolving delinquency and avoiding foreclosure
  • Utilize communication skills to determine clients reason for delinquency

Requirements

  • Strong desire to work in a high-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work confidently and effectively with internal and external clients
  • Be able to accept and immediately implement all coaching, feedback, and training
  • Extremely punctual with a strong work ethic
