What You'll Do/Need

The Event Coordinator controls Xenith events all across the nation from conception through completion. This requires developing event strategy, managing a calendar and being able to execute at a premier level that represents Xenith. A successful candidate will become the one-stop team member for all Xenith events, big and small.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all event operations
  • Coordinate Xenith’s attendance at events
    • Event registration and additional resources
    • Hotel logistics
    • Shipping logistics
    • Team logistics
  • Manage Xenith event calendar with Brand Manager
  • Maintain and inventory marketing area of production facility
  • Lead all packing, shipping and unpacking from a wide range of events
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Research events and activities Xenith should take part in; evaluate each event’s success
  • Help fulfill all Xenith marketing orders – paint samples, decal application, order delivery, etc.
  • Communicate all budget, space and vendor progress with the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, logistics or related field
  • Proven experience as event coordinator
  • Great customer service skills, problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interact with peers, external customers and leadership team
  • Ability to interact with kids and adults
  • A passion for sports
  • Willingness to travel
