What You'll Do/Need

The Sales Associate helps grow our business-to-business sales channel for Fathead. This involves managing a high volume of incoming leads while maintaining expected service levels and relationships with existing clients. Sales Associates work with clients to understand their vision and create solutions to bring that vision to life. 




  • Maximize sales through dynamic client service and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Manage a high volume of incoming leads with an intense sense of urgency
  • Maintain CRM database with up-to-date information on current and prospective clients
  • Increase new and existing business by upselling and anticipating client needs
  • Build and cultivate positive, long-lasting relationships with all clients
  • Assume responsibility for self-development
  • Reach, and aim to exceed, sales goals




  • Proven record of meeting sales goals
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in an organized fashion to meet deadlines on multiple projects with varying timelines
  • A positive team player with an optimistic, enthusiastic attitude
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and show continuous growth and knowledge




What’ll Make You Special

  • Experience in high-volume inside sales
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • General design knowledge
  • General point-of-sale and/or order management system experience
