What You'll Do/Need

Position Summary:

In this newly created position, our Office Manager will join and represent our operations team and report to our Director of Operations. Daily responsibilities within this highly visible Office Manager position are detailed below.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages office facilities team day-to-day operations and procedures
  • Oversees inventory & stock management for office/snack supplies
  • Reviews and approves vendor proposals and invoices for payment
  • Manages reception area and roles to ensure effective phone communications and digital/physical mail process
  • Oversees alteration of offices spaces, new space buildouts and team member moves
  • Assigns team member seating, technology and parking
  • Oversees administrative roles activities and communication
  • Ensures on-time fulfillment and shipment of all orders pertaining to office management
  • Establishes and manages budgets and spending for office ordering
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of corporate office management experience
  • 1+ years of experience of managing and leading a team
  • Proficient In Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mail processing experience and proficiency
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities while being agile and adaptable
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
