    What You'll Do/Need

    The Operations Strategist develops, documents and audits operation processes. This team member also identifies and improves contact center efficiency by testing new strategies or improving upon existing efforts. To do this, the Operations Strategist dives deeper into our existing processes. 




    • Drive and manage initiatives that focus on implementing new projects, campaigns, process improvements and customer experience enhancements
    • Design, implement and maintain contact center improvement strategies to continually improve results through content, timing, user experience and outreach strategy
    • Document and train on all new processes, procedures and strategies
    • Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization
    • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners, and collaborate with internal tech and data teams to ensure that projects meet business requirements
    • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide leadership escalation, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs versus technical constraints, ensure quality and drive bottom-line results
    • Run ad hoc projects that are often data intensive and require comfort with numbers to make decisions



    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science or a related field
    • 1 year of work experience dealing with process improvement, consulting, strategy, manufacturing or related experience
    • Superb analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills
    • Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, critical thinking, leading others and executing and implementing projects
    • Ability to effectively communicate analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
