    What You'll Do/Need

    Position Summary:

    The Client Experience Ambassador operates the parking intercom system in all parking garages owned by Bedrock Detroit and managed by a parking vendor. The main goal of the Client Experience Ambassador is creating a positive and exceptional experience for all individuals parking and visiting our city.


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Answer and address all parking intercom calls from Bedrock-owned parking garages
    • Use verification software to verify team members’ and tenants’ employment status and parking assignments upon entrance and exit
    • Create and maintain an updated log of all intercom activity daily
    • Communicate all operational or maintenance-related issues to both the team members and tenants
    • Coordinate with appropriate garage manager to address and rectify parking-related issues
    • Fulfill validation and badge requests
    • Perform basic access control functions
    • Assist with badging initiatives
    • Work with the Security Command Center on a daily basis to ensure communication is streamlined between team members and tenants
    • Monitor garage cameras (garage surveillance)

    Position Requirements:

    • Ability to work a rotating shift, including midnights, weekends and holidays
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Great problem-solving, grammar and spelling skills
    • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
    • Possess self-motivation and reliability
